Learn where to find key information on the effectiveness of reel presentations
Reports Overview
At the top navigation, mouseover Reels and select Reel Reports. By default, the Reel Overview screen displays the combined average statistics of all senders who have sent reel presentations.
Switch between users by selecting from the Reel Overview (All Users) dropdown menu. This can help you determine why some users may be outperforming others.
You can also view a date range by selecting a from and to date.
Report Types
Within Reel Reports, select a report type from the Select Report Type dropdown, optionally select a user and date range and click Run Report.
The following options can be chosen when running a report:
Reels Sent
Reels by Category / Credit
Sent to Email / Company
Most Recently Viewed Reels
Most Viewed Media
Most Sent Media
Least Viewed Media
Least Sent Media
Unsent Media
Uploaded Media
NOTE: Only users with Administration access can run reports on all users. Users with lower permission levels can only run reports on themselves.
