Capture or Manually Replace a Thumbnail
- Within the Project Dashboard, click the thumbnail or title in the folder tree of the file to be viewed. This will display the File Detail screen.
If the file is a video, drag the video timeline’s playhead to the new thumbnail frame and click the Capture Thumb button in the File Data tab.
For all other file types, click the Upload Thumb button and select the new thumbnail from your computer.
Note: Required thumbnail dimensions: 240 x 135 px. Supported file types: JPG, GIF, PNG.
Edit File Titles and Filenames
- On the File Detail screen, click into the Title box to edit the title. Titles are displayed on Project and Microsite Presentations.
Click into the Filename box to edit the filename. This cannot include spaces and will not be displayed on presentations.
On the File Detail screen, click into the Description box to add or edit a description. File descriptions will be displayed on Project and Microsite presentations.
On the File Detail screen, click into the Internal Notes box to add notes. These are only for internal use and will not display on presentations.
On the File Detail screen, click into the Tags box and enter all relevant tags, separated by commas. Tags are descriptors that further describe the contents of media and are searchable within project search.
File Metadata
Metadata displays information about the file such as file format, audio and video format, codec, frame rate, bit rate, proxy file information as well as playback warnings.
