Sending Approvals

Sending out an Approval from a Simian Project is a very simple process. Simply right click on the File or Folder containing the files that you want to send out for approval and select "Send Folder/File". This will bring up the send dialog to send this over to your client for approval. On the right side of the send dialog, set the "Enable Approvals" setting to "Yes" and this will add "Approve" and "Reject" buttons to the presentation that the recipient can click on to approve or reject the items.

Once they have approved or rejected the items, you will receive an email notifying you of this. If you wish to review all the approvals or rejections for a particular item, simply click on that file from within your project, then click on the "Approval Log" tab to review.
