Firefox and QuickTime Plug-in Problems

There seems to be a bug in the new Firefox v 4.0.1 on a Mac OS X 10.6 that is intermittently causing the QuickTime plug-in to crash. The problem occurs most often when Firefox is running in 64 bit mode. Until the issue is resolved, try running your browser in 32-bit mode.

Here are the instructions:
- Go to Finder > Applications folder
- Right click the Firefox app > click "Get Info" > select "Open in 32-bit mode"

Next time you run Firefox, it will automatically run in 32-bit mode.
