Q: Why does the video player look different on different browsers and devices?

A: Different browsers have different capabilities. With the adoption of HTML5, playback on Apple products like the Safari browser and iPad the video player utilizes HTML5. On other non-compliant browsers Simian uses the Apple Quicktime plugin for video playback.
